These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the information website of Dr. Rufat Asadbeyli (hereinafter, the “Website”). By accessing and using the Website, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Purpose of the Website

The Website is intended to provide information about the doctor’s professional activities, treatment areas and how appointments are arranged. The Website has no user accounts or registration, online payment, online appointment booking, contact form or comment system. No goods or services are sold through the Website.

Important note on medical information

The articles, questions and answers, and treatment descriptions on the Website are for general information only and do not replace a medical examination, diagnostic testing, medical advice or the prescription of treatment.

Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made only on the basis of a medical examination, clinical assessment and the necessary laboratory and diagnostic tests. Every patient’s situation is individual; the information on the Website does not guarantee the outcome of treatment.

In case of high fever, severe pain, blood in the urine, inability to pass urine, heavy bleeding or any other life-threatening symptoms, do not waste time exchanging messages — seek emergency medical care immediately.

Contact channels

You can contact the doctor by phone, WhatsApp and email; current details are provided on the Contact page. These channels are for arranging and coordinating appointments; no diagnosis is made and no treatment is prescribed through them.

The doctor works in Germany and sees patients in Baku during regular visits, so response times depend on his work schedule, and there is no obligation to reply immediately.

WhatsApp and other messaging apps are third-party platforms. When sending sensitive medical information through them, bear in mind the technical risks involved and keep the information you share to a minimum. The doctor is guided by the principles of medical confidentiality and professional ethics.

Inquiries concerning persons under 18 years of age must be made by a parent or legal representative.

Intellectual property

Unless a source is stated separately, the texts, design elements and photographs on the Website are the intellectual property of the doctor or the respective rights holders. The photographs come from the doctor’s own posts — on his website and social media pages.

Copying, reproducing or distributing the materials for commercial purposes is permitted only with written permission.

Prohibited use

When using the Website and the contact channels, the following is not permitted:

• technical interference that disrupts the operation of the Website — bots, mass automated data collection, malicious code or overload attacks;
• spreading medical content out of context in a misleading way;
• making inquiries in another person’s name or sharing personal data without permission;
• using the contact channels for spam or for insulting, threatening or defamatory messages.

The Website contains links to the websites of clinics, press publications, social networks and other third-party resources. These resources are not under our control; the Website is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Once you go to those websites, their own rules apply.
