In his own words
“I was born in Ganja and grew up in Ganja. In 1992, I was admitted to Azerbaijan Medical University through the first entrance tests, and in ’98 I graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University with an honors diploma.”
“I decided to go to Germany to fill these gaps and gain experience. At that time there was a wonderful program — it’s called DAAD. They award scholarships to doctors and academics, and that is how I was awarded a scholarship.”
