Information collected
This website itself does not collect personal data from visitors. There is no registration form, contact form or comment system on the website. Medical information is not accepted through the website.
Information sent by phone, WhatsApp or email
The information you provide when you get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email — your name, phone number, email address, the content of your message and any health information you choose to share — is used only to respond to your inquiry, arrange an appointment and prepare for it. Health information is considered particularly sensitive data; in handling it, the doctor is guided by the principles of medical confidentiality and professional ethics. Except where required by law, this information is not disclosed to third parties without your consent and is not passed on to others for commercial purposes. WhatsApp and email services are third-party platforms, and their own rules also apply when information is transmitted, so it is advisable to keep medical details in messages to a minimum; detailed information is best provided in person at your appointment. Medical records created at the clinic during an appointment are kept in accordance with the rules of the medical facility concerned. If you have urgent symptoms, do not wait for a reply to your message — seek emergency medical care immediately.
Retention period
Information received by phone, WhatsApp or email is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose of your inquiry. Fulfilling legal obligations and resolving disputes may require longer retention.
Cookies and tracking
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. There are no third-party tracking scripts, social media widgets or external font/CDN requests — all resources are served from the website’s own server.
Browser storage
Only your accessibility preferences — text size, high contrast, wider spacing, link highlighting and stopped animations — are stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage). This information does not leave your browser and is not sent to any server. You can delete it by clearing your browser data.
Server logs
For technical reasons, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, time of request, browser type). These logs are not used for marketing purposes.
External links
The contact page embeds a Google Maps map of the Baku clinic address; when the map loads, Google may receive technical data (IP address, browser) under its own terms. The website also links to social media profiles and WhatsApp — once you go to these platforms, their own privacy policies apply.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data”. In the manner provided by law, you have the right to find out whether data relating to you is stored, to request that it be clarified and corrected, and, where there are legal grounds, to request that its processing be stopped.
